T/CCI is staffed by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team of product engineers and technicians. The Product Engineering Department is organized to provide direct customer support and service. This practice is required to supply the customers with technical design support of our product. This service is an important commitment to supporting and retaining customers.

Between 2005 and 2007, T/CCI's R+D lab underwent a multi-million dollar expansion. T/CCI's new engineering test and development facility is on site and adjacent to the compressor manufacturing plant.
